MIRAGE for Spacedrum solo

The composer’s intention in “Mirage” is to create variation in the silent and soothing atmosphere. In every movement, there are rules, like the choice of pitches, the rhythmic combination, the structure of texture, the length of pattern and others. This work is to explore new possibility of soundscape and performance technique of this newly instrument. The performer could decide the length of each movement by themselves.
